This work was created in observance of the Oklahoma Centennial celebration in 2007, featuring the sky blue flag of the State of Oklahoma and the scissortailed-flycatcher, the State bird.  Proud Oklahomans will enjoy showing their state patriotism with a giclee print from my original, award-winning colored pencil painting.  A little-known fact about the scissortailed-flycatcher is that the older the male bird is, the longer its tail.
